SUNBRELLA FABRIC: This is a water repellant not waterproof, high performing outdoor fabric that is extremely cleanable and includes a 5 year color warranty.

SUNBRELLA RAIN FABRIC UPGRADE: This is a water resistant version of Sunbrella fabric. Rain fabric has a rubber backing, and a ventilation panel is built into the bottom of each cushion. This is an excellent option if you wish to leave your cushions uncovered. Please note some moisture can still get through the seams and venting panel however this will be minimal.

All of our painted aluminum frames will not experience rust and have been powder coated for exterior use. To clean your painted aluminum use nothing more than a non-abrasive cloth, water and a mild dish detergent. DO NOT clean your painted aluminum top with any type of chemical cleaners or spray.   

CLEANING: Most stains can be easily removed by dabbing the stain with lukewarm water and a mild detergent. You can use bleach on Rope fabric if necessary.  Please note oil based stains are hard to remove.
